WE OFFER

RELIABLE. DISCREET. END-to-END SOLUTIONS

When payments and shipments between China and Russia stop working

blocked payments

Blocked payments

Your SWIFT transfers are delayed, returned or stuck in manual review. Banks ask more and more questions, while your counterparty still hasn’t received the money.

blocked payments

No workable routes

Standard banks and payment providers no longer process your Russia-related flows, or treat them as too risky. Each new attempt feels like guesswork, not a predictable route.

blocked payments

Stuck shipments

Your cargo is physically on the way but “frozen” at a border, hub or warehouse. Routes change, documents are questioned and no one can clearly say when the shipment will move again.

FAQ

1. How can I send money from China to Russia if my bank keeps blocking the transfer?
Banks may block or delay transfers to Russia for many reasons: internal risk policies, lack of clear documentation, unclear purpose of payment or sensitive counterparties. We analyse your exact case (banks, counterparties, currencies, amounts, contracts) and propose: alternative interbank routes; structured payment terms (for example, split payments, letters of credit); or other settlement options that are more acceptable to the banks involved. The goal is to find a realistic route that your bank and your partner’s bank can actually process.
2. Can I use stablecoins (USDT, USDC) to pay Russian suppliers?
In some projects, stablecoins can be part of the settlement model, especially when traditional rails are slow or unreliable. However, their use depends on: local rules in the jurisdictions involved; the policies of your banks and partners; how the overall deal and documentation are structured. We do not treat stablecoins as a magic solution, but we can help you understand when and how they can be integrated into a wider settlement structure for China–Russia business.
3. What if my payment to Russia was already blocked – is it too late?
Not necessarily. A blocked or returned payment is usually a signal, not the end of the story. We can: review why the payment was flagged (as far as information is available); adjust the documentation, description and structure of the transaction; suggest a different route, channel or timing for the next attempt. The more detail you provide about what happened, the easier it is to design a new, more robust approach.
4. Do you also help with logistics, or only with payments?
We do both – and we deliberately treat payments and logistics as one system. For many China–Russia deals, the problem appears where finance and physical movement do not match: money arrives, but goods are blocked, or goods arrive while money is frozen. We help align: payment milestones; shipping and customs documents; delivery routes and timelines. This approach makes the entire deal – not just a single transfer – more likely to succeed.
5. Can you help if my shipment between China and Russia is stuck in transit?
Yes. One of our core tasks is dealing with stalled or “stuck” shipments. We look at: the current route and transit country; carriers and intermediaries involved; the documentation and customs codes used. Then we propose practical options: re-routing, replacing carriers, adjusting documents, or redesigning the logistics chain for the next shipments so that the problem does not repeat.
6. What information do you need to start working on my case?
At a minimum, we usually need: a short description of the deal (goods/services, amounts, currencies); which banks and payment routes you already tried; who the counterparties are (basic profile, country, role in the deal); what exactly went wrong (blocked payment, rejected transfer, shipment stuck, etc.). You don’t need a perfect “dossier” to contact us – just provide clear, honest basics, and we will ask targeted follow-up questions.
7. How fast can you respond to a blocked payment or shipment issue?
Response time depends on the complexity of your case, but our positioning is simple: we work with situations where delays are already painful. We treat blocked payments and stuck shipments as priority cases and aim to give you an initial view of options as quickly as possible, so you can decide how to proceed.
